Purchases

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your personal contact and delivery details, encrypted payment details (via our secure payment system) etc.

 

Please note Custdog will cancel any purchases that does not comply with our Ball Personalisation/Customisation guidelines as detailed below. In such cases a full refund will be arranged within the outlined terms of our Refunds Policy.  

 

Personalisation/Customisation guidelines:

• Maximum of 9 characters containing capital letters only without special characters.

• No racist, sexist phrases, swearwords, third party trademarks or brand names or full names of famous persons are allowed.

 

Instructions to use this product:

 

 Introduce the ball to your dog with due care and supervision. Firstly just roll the ball gently towards your dog, so they can familiarise themselves with the size, shape, weight. After this you can increase the intensity of the olay bit by bit under appropriate supervision making sure your dog is safe at all times during play. Custdog Ltd and it’s owners owner organisations can not be held responsible for any injuiries, damage in health or death. Every dog owner is using CustDog balls at their own risk.

Subscriptions

 

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring card transaction depending on the frequency of your automated orders.

 

Content

 

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the these.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Custdog

 

Custdog has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Custdog shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
